I tried to unlock it yesterday following the steps and prompts from microsoft and it took me to a screen requesting my telephone number so that a code could be sent to me. Try again tomorrow despite the fact that i only attempted to do so once in that day, and after waiting a few days to try it again it keeps telling me usage limit exceeded.
